The staff was so professional and out going and they aim to please with full satisfaction. The young lady by the name of Melissa was extremely knowledgeable on top of going above and beyond to find a monthly rate to fit my budget. I would have given 10 stars if I was able.

Fast , polite and respectful. I started a new insurance policy for my truck and they had the best prices in town . Completed the hole thing over the phone and they emailed me my insurance cards . I will be with this company for a long time . Very satisfied customer

I was driving around looking for Auto and home insurance as mine went up recently. I went to many agencies before I stopped at AZ Insurance located at 1960 and Red Oak. I was amazed to see how they handled my situation. They give me best price off all 11 places I shopped around. Customer service was excellent and agent who helped me, Melissa was Great. If there was a word to describe Jessica it would be amazing she helped me understand the coverage I was getting for my vehicle she made sure I understood what I was signing other places make you feel uncomfortable and unsure of what you’re signing but she broke things down for me thanks again Jessica although you’re a Texan fan you’re still amazing in my book
